𝐏𝐎𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐘☆𝐑𝐏𝐇 is the collaborative effort between both Koko & Valentine to spread their resources to the community at an affordable price! It started off as a singular effort by Valentine, and expanded to include Koko as well! We both own 𝐏𝐎𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐘☆𝐑𝐏𝐇 and it's our pride and joy!

We have our own discord now that is checked periodically throughout the week! It is only given to current customers that have orders in, so please do not add us if we have not handed it to you. PLEASE NOTE. We do not use other social media to communicate with customers! Please keep it strictly to tumblr or discord, thank you.

Our commissions run on a first come, first serve basis. Valentine works very quickly, but depending on client response speeds, Valentine's muse and health, etc, it will affect the commission process. We ask that you please be patient.

Unless it comes from canon material, everything you see on 𝐏𝐎𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐘☆𝐑𝐏𝐇 is bought and licensed. Everything you recieve as a commission will be on a flat image, just so we don't get sticky with licensing issues otherwise. This also goes for fonts and things of the like.

The bulk of the conversation will always be Koko! Valentine does not have enough time to get to everybody, so Koko will try his best to get to everybody! Please give us 1 full day before messaging us / sending multiple messages to get our attention.

I've unfortunately had too many issues with theft in the past, and have blacklisted several users over it. This is going to be a hard no, unless we personally know you and you come to Valentine to ask.

I don't sell PSDs/Dividers for the sole reason that it is really hard to make both look good and unique. On the rare occassion I will try to make them to sell along with a commission, but that is the only time. I may reject your request for a custom divider if I feel like I cannot do it in my ability.

I often say no these sort of commission requests. Unless I get a direct okay from the creator, I am not comfortable using a PSD that was not created by me.

We're small business owners! We often lead very busy lives outside of designing and taking messages, so we may not be able to get back to you as quickly. However, this does not mean that you can spam / abuse the IM features. If you harrass, or verbally abuse us; we will reserve the right to cancel your commission., and will give you a full or partial refund dependent on what has already been completed.

Rushing Valentine to finish your commission / dming her multiple times a day to rush her,　reaching out to us on different social media to get an update,　or pressuring Valentine to work if she's taking a personal day, these are examples of unacceptable behaviors towards us. Valentine's health is delicate, so we try our best to stay on schedule! PLEASE NOTE : We try to get back to people as soon as we can. Once again, we do lead very busy lives outside of graphic design!

If for any reason you ask for a refund, and the work is already started / almost entirely finished, you will only recieve a partial refund dependent on what stage Valentine is on during your commission. Valentine spends a lot of time personalizing each commission, if for any reason you request a refund during the commission process, she will re-use the design as she sees fit. Any unused designs will be released to our Gumroad at a discounted price. This is to protect Valentine's time, and it is non-negotiable.

We will not accept commissions for the following : anything vivziepop, homestuck, hetalia, nazi inspired/nazi related content, zionism, racism, or anything generally bigoted. I'm sure these are self-explanatory, but if not: these are things that make us uncomfortable as POC and transgendered individuals. We reserve the right to cancel your commission if it has not been paid yet and remove you from our queue.

We only allow a maximum of 2 commissions per person. If you would like to have more than one commission, please wait until the next commission opening! This way it is fair for everybody and we can give everybody a fair chance.

We know that you want your commission in your vision, and we understand that it may be hard to convey. But we cannot work on vibes alone, and need at least a bit of detail / inspiration to get a clear image! Valentine customizes a lot of stuff, and she buys all of her commercial assets. So please be specific just in case she may need to purchase something for your commission specifically, thank you!

If we do not hear back from you within 5 days after first proof of work is shown, your commission request will be dropped from the queue and you will need to send in a new form. This is to protect Valentine's time and efforts.

While we do roleplay on this platform... we can't keep up with every bad, weird, or down right awful people on this website. We do not communicate with our customers outside of IMS or discord, as it often leads to lack of progress. So please do not rope us in with any callouts, or use us as evidence. We want to be abundantly clear: we do not control the actions of others and what the do with our graphics. Of course, we would like to prevent this as much as possible since we do not represent awful things or people, but it does slip sometimes.

This one is self-explanitory. Everything here is designed by Valentine herself, so please give her credit! We work very hard to give you guys what you need, so please don't disregard this. Thank you.
